The inspection request must be in a state of Created, Started, In Progress, or Ready for Review. If in Ready for Review, the status is moved back to In Progress. To mark a list item as incomplete, include a list and set the incomplete property on the list item to true.

A list with attached list items. This can be used to mark existing list items as incomplete, or to add new list items to the list, or both.

The message supplement (custom note) to be attached to the request text/email. Maximum length of 255 characters.
