Replace an AI Item Type (replace-by-tree)

Requires the ai_analysis_configuration organization feature. Replaces the complete tree, including for other inspection types sharing this template. Omitted child collections become empty; omitted children are removed. Keep existing field IDs and look-for UUIDs to retain their identities. Top-level id and inspection_type_ids are forbidden; use the link/unlink endpoints to change associations.
