Update the type of an existing inspection

Updates the type of an existing inspection. The inspection type can only be changed to an inspection type that is assigned to the inspection's team. Changing the type of an inspection will delete any already-uploaded Truepics and will automatically re-send the request email/text to the customer. This endpoint will also set the inspection status to Created. Closed or Canceled inspections cannot have their inspection type changed. Any unpromoted AI Analysis test data on the inspection is hard-deleted, because it was produced from the old type's configuration; the change is refused while a test is queued or running. That refusal is a 409 carrying test_run_in_progress, or test_data_not_removable when some of the data can no longer be removed; branch on the code, not the status.

401Authentication failed, or the user/client doesn't have permission to access the requested resource.

403The user doesn't have permission to access the requested resource.

404The requested resource couldn't be found.

409The operation was refused. code is stable and intended for client logic; details depends on it.

412A request precondition failed. Some operations also return 412 when a related resource is not found, such as an assigned member when updating an inspection. Missing required fields normally return 400. Check the operation and message for the failed precondition.

500An unexpected error occurred.
