Unlink an AI item type from an inspection type

Removes the association and returns 204. Repeating an already-removed association also returns 204 while the item type still exists. If no inspection-type associations remain, the item type is automatically deleted and subsequent unlink requests return 404. Removing an inspection type's last AI template also removes its configuration. That removal returns 409 while a test is queued or running (test_runs_in_progress), or when test data cannot be removed (test_data_not_removable). Use the error code to distinguish these refusals.
